Yes, the podcasts you download into iTunes r in mp3 format, and you can just simply drag them right into your iPod just like any other mp3! ^_^

I can't figure out how to make iTunes update the podcast with the 2nd episode. And it like.. died when i played it from my ipod. It's all good though, i'll just copy them manually. I just wish iTunes wasn't so asdfgerjksd. B)
