I missed the character transfer. Is there any other way I can transfer my account?

Nope. Sorry, they've stated that after that date theres not much you can do. I believe Nexon has already Deleted the character information so therefore you can't get that character back. >.<

Maybe you can try emailing Redbana to see if they can help you?
