Try changing the compatibility mode to windows xp sp2.

I get a error when in log in thing
Now i get that launcher dont work thing agian!
And Runtime error when open bu_patch
Try disabling antivirus program before running bupatch
For the launcher, I suppose the server is highload and refuse some connections

Patch temporary downed due to unknown reason. This is reported by many people and we are working on debug... Some can still play at TP server
Update: Patch works again on both server. Runtime error is still unrevealed yet...
Suggestion: Try redowloading the patch files with AV program off to prevent auto-delete dll / exe. Check the bupatch.log in C:\ to see if the error is written here or not
