No.....Jenglish in my words = japanese english
As opposed to kAu, yes they fancy having foreigners and they "struggle" to speak English, though they find you "cool" if you can speak even a bit of their language.

In the few games I've played they treat you like they would anyone else. You're definitely not looked down upon.
