Hiya, first personal thing..
I'm really starting to hate G10 as of because they never do anything right. I bought ap about a month ago with UKash and it didn't come through so i thought i wait a few weeks and tried it several times and i'm getting really irretated that goaudition.co.uk wouldn't give us the ap, so basically i'm wasting money.
Does anyone know when the website will be fully operated daily again so i can purchase my ap?
And if not are there any ways to move from G10 to alaplaya? o.O

Sorry if they are stupid questions but it's really getting on my nerves lol..

When G10 support were active, i've asked them if the transfer alaplaya -> G10 was possible.

They answered they could do that, but :

1°) If the username was already taken, they'll changed it (by adding numbers ?)
2°) They keep the strict minimal User Information (levels, xp, dens, couple name, ...) but EVERYTHING with the APs will be lost (like the pets, the clothes and the messenger plus...)

I think it's similar for an transfer G10 -> Alaplaya.

If you really want that, you can create an alaplaya account and ask the support for a transfer. I really think they can do it, if you ask them
