Hello.
Like you have already encountered, alaplaya and game(s) are down. Unfortunately there are huge problems with the servers. The technician are on it and we hope to fix it as fast as possible. We will announce if the server are online again.
(this is the official Game Moderators message, unfortunatly the alaplaya forums are currently down so i thought i'd communicate this with you here)
