Just got this email from Alaplaya GM's !

The Alaplaya website just went down five minutes ago. I'm pretty sure the servers crashed; none of it looks intentional. It'd be a good idea if anyone can get in contact with some users to spread the word that we're working on the issue, it'd greatly help. I have a small portion of the english community informed.\

We all here are already informed, the website is back again etc...

But what about the G10 Users?!
NOONE ever notifies them about current issues!

Why don't you try to get in contact with the GMs and tell them that G10 Users also deserve an update about the current situation!
They have been suffering the most of all but noone cares about them >.<

Their newspge is not even up-to-date, it doesn't say ANYTHING about the latest patch nor about the server problems -.-
Ehh... Im letting you know now o.o!

I only get info from alaplaya GM so i posting everything here and also everything on the alaplaya forums if and when its actualy up!

I know you're just trying to help us and keep us up-to-date and i thank you for that, really!

It's just that i'm totally annoyed about the lack of support and communication of G10 >.<

Well i tried G10 about week ago and it worked fine for me :/

Alaplaya and G10 servers are working now. Big Grin.
Ah, the new forum looks nice. The old one made me feel chlostrophobic. I probably spelt that wrong.
I wrote an email to G10 on monday about how unfair they treat their users.
They now started to respond in the forums again, maybe they finally woke up and start updating the homepage.

You loose us as customers if you keep going on like that!

And this is not what any of us want!
We G10 users love to play Audition and we don't want to go away just because some things aren't right, but if things continue like that then many of us G10 users will simply stop playing and leave.

We had so many offline times already! If i count it all up it adds up to 1 whole month in wich Audition was not reachable. And during that time there was NO response of you at all about what is going on. You only came back for 1 day, replying to all threads with the same answer and then you vanished again.

So PLEASE, for the sake of all of us Audition players and G10 itself, keep us informed! update the homepage! and post news!
Keep us supported and informed, that's the only thing we ask you for!

Strangely the main site doesn't update itself automaticly anymore, to view the latest news or forum threads you have to access them manually.
