Sorry but no, you are openly asking for trouble.
Either that or you aren't serious enough about reading around for information on how you can do it.
To create a clubaudi account you need a kssn. Too bad your not korean, I suggest asking a friend who is korean to make you a account using their kssn.
The only thing u could do is searching for a kssn somewhere. We aren't allowed to post those things here.

It requires a serial number also know as a Korean Social Security Number (KSSN, wait is that right?), which only Koreans process. Finding a KSSN and using it is considered illegal and you will be taken care by the law itself.
So i suggest you don't mess with the officials.

Yes it's illegal but if you live outside Korea you can't really get problems with it. Thousands of people outside Korea have faked kssns for games like PristonTale. But they didn't get cought =x Also Koreans themselfs laugh about it.

Ya know what's funny. This is what I heard from a friend of Hanako's xD.
He was playing a game, then NexonUSA got the game (It's that Kart game, I forgot the name ._.). After that, Korea used an IP Block on America. When NexonUSA decided to stop with the game, the IP block went away xD.
And yes, this game needs KSSN.
So... basically the Koreans like to taunt us? :\
And it's (Crazy Racing) Kartrider btw, or something like that.
