Since im IP banned from nexon forums, this is the only place i feel i can at least get my own opinion out.

I am going to school at The Art Institute of Vancouver for 3d modeling, I plan on getting a job at EA vancouver, although that's not the point the point is nexon is in the industry and I've found out information about this whole gaming industry that shows WHY audition is in a crysis.

this college has a council that searches companies to help grads get jobs, nexon in california is one of them because they have visited them. in the gaming industry 80% of jobs are NOT listed to the public because 80% of jobs are through worker referrals within the company. when a company is desperate for workers usually they use posting on websites as a last resort.
Monster.ca as pointed out by a user on the nexon forums has nexons job listings, and PLENTY of them and high priority positions available. meaning nexon is low on important workers.

I'm sick of seeing people on nexons forums complain about patches and how nexon does nothing (which it may seem) and how maplestory gets or the popular games get all the attention, but they don't know shiet. there's a fact that sure, nexon makes TONS of money as a business from NX buyers and maplestory, but that isn't the case that's stopping patch/updates it's the fact that they cannot find enough workers in the specified area's to hie and to HELP get these games back on track, the hackers on nexon forums think their helping audition get attention by releasing more hacks so then the game becomes a bigger mess and nexon fixes it, but guess fckin what? its NOT. nexon would probably have every dam problem fixed if they had enough workers but these dumb shiets are making the problem bigger and worse each day that eventually they think nexon is gonna fix it, but in reality their pushing AAU closer to just being closed and deleted from being one of nexons games. nexon puts its priority with the efficiency and amount of workers they have to their most stable and popular games because yes those are more important than a game like audition that doesnt make half the income or audience. and while hackers make the game have bigger problems as each day passes and as nexon can't get more workers, the game gets worse and worse and eventually WILL close. so for those on nexons forums thinking these hackers are doing good by gettin nexons attention, your all wrong and what i've stated above is the ONLY reason things aren't getting done. (trust me I've asked the professionals in the industry when situations like this happen)

audition will either do this if nexon can't resolve this:
1. wipe the game clean and re-open when they have things fixed (over-time)
2. completely kill audition, and i'd like to thank hackers and Hime for this one.

if you agree with me and think this should be said, copy and paste this on nexons forums for me since i cannot. those people on the forums need a slap to reality.
I wouldn't mind.. cause if aau closes.. someone's bound to pick it up again and you never know.. it could be bugs ;D.. and last i checked.. nexon can't close the game.. or they'll lose even more money since they signed contracts with t3 and yedang for the game as well as mtv for the songs.. so they're trapping themselves.. and the gms at nexon are the dumbest set of people ever.. there was a glitch that existed for days on their maple test server and they didn't know for days
If Nexon can't handle Audition properly, it deserves to be closed. You may think that's harsh, since I don't even play there much. But it's not fair to the people who have played AAU for a long time and spent money on cash to have the hackers take over without repercussion, and to not have a patch in almost 2 months.
You know.. I find it funny they have a hard time nailing hackers even though they can be invisible.. or maybe even create a character that acts like a normal character and nail the hackers like that.. nexon just fails..

and let's face it steph.. it's not harsh.. it's the facts.. the only game they ever cared about is the game maple story.. there once were ads for audition.. what happened to those.. what about mabinogi.. yea.. get the point.. when I first came here I already said nexon fails but it seemed harsh to people back then but now people are beginning to accept the fact that nexon just fails..
Even if anything happens to AAU i won't feel sorry. Nexon is bringing it down, since their chained to the game. They can't drop it until T3 says something or the Contract is over.
Oh wow, I never knew Nexon was low on workers... I mean, I always thought that they didn't have people who specialize in certain games as Audition...
But yeah... Why blame Hime for everything? She seriously can't do much. She's just a forum mod, her job is to just watch over the forums... She can't give any information to forumers about the games either, 'tis against her contract. And sure she can suggest, and she probably has. Anyways, the entire community screwed themselves over when it comes to Hime... She tried so many times to be nice and to actually befriend us, but so many forumers just flamed her and acted as if she were the cause of every single problem on Audition. Really, I feel for Hime... And she also has reminded the forums plenty of times about hacks and trolling... But none of them ever listen... I wouldn't blame her if she just gave up on Audition, I would have also...
Anyways, 'tis my two cents...
But nice info finding Ryan (:

..... weren't you the one complaining about "all the bp hackers and story mode hackers" Each game might have their own segment of the work area *maple story might have its workers, sugar rush and so on.* HOWEVER That doesn't mean when you get hired for a job you go I WANT TO BE HIRED FOR AUDITION GAME SERVER. You can't do that, btw that listing has been up for VERY long. I have seen it up there since may, maybe even longer. With the money crisis in our country I doubt people just stopped looking for jobs with Nexon o.o.

Btw Why would they have an october patch if they didn't have enough workers? why stop there? they were actually planning to do more things *hence music shake october winners* and I won a prize from that too. However they never added the music shake winners songs. I think that AAU was going to do more but something happened and they have decided they might pull the plug...

As with what Ivan said....I actually agree o.o It's most definetly not Himes fault, Or even Lime for that matter, did you notice that they only go on during event times unlike all the other Gms in other audition servers. Maybe they are not allowed to go on their GM unless they are working.

The whole point of this is that they know wth they are doing. They are still alive and well, because they just gave maplestory a HELL of a good patch. Notice that Audition was never added into the slurpee event?
We are just getting left behind, and you will be too when Nexon closes and your still going *Oh they must not have enough workers*

Oh and btw these are the requirements for their newest employee

Responsibilities:

- Provide input and analysis to support the organization and maintenance of various new business opportunities including contracts, agreements, budgets, forecasts and other related items

- Analyze information and develops recommendations for new initiatives, alliances and partnerships identified

- Coordinate and support financial analysis, due diligence and legal review of potential new business opportunities

- Conduct competitive analysis and risk assessment of new business opportunities

- Assist in defining business scope based on organizations needs

- Conduct research and support negotiations

- Create financial models for prospective deals

Has nothing to do with Audition in fact, the job open is just for a business analyst..... You need to get your facts straight.

To those who wanna see the job opening for yourself...

If I say 'Sugar Rush', would that explain it?

Fine, then I guess the non patching on Alapaya isn't because of S4, which came out when the 'not-patching' started.

Watch them not patch another game when Dragonnest is out lol.

Alaplaya is totally different company xD. They work on games individually which isn't the case with Nexon cause then that would mean maple wouldn't be patching. Tongue

You really need to learn what a proxy is. I've been ranting on and on about crap like this for the past couple weeks, getting banned and coming back, just to prove my point.

Nice effort but your about a week late and you lack 70% of the evidence I threw at them, such as releasing 6 hacks on the official Nexon forums (4 of which were trolls, and the other 2 which were just adding Ballroom and Core songs) and them not getting deleted until 5-7 days later. And in that 5-7 days, -Hime- made a few posts, and also totally ignored about 30 spam threads, from yours truly.

Here's the thing, Nexon doesn't care about Audition, they want it to die so they can milk more money from CrapStory and they will give as little attention to us as humanly possible till their contracts expire.

Which I heard from someone will be 2 years from the date it went into commercial AKA april 7 2009.
BennyRom. I don't know where he got this 'fact' from, but until it actually happens, I'm not believing it. I actually want it to happen though, be nice to get a new host. Maybe we'd finally get a perm buy option for cash items and GMs >_>
It should be a 2 year contract.. usually games sign for 1 or 2 year contracts..
