So yes. I had to manually install the patches, and created the shortcut audition.exe workaround the patcher. Anddd, when I try to play it'll show up briefly before bringing me back to my desktop. I tried the data execution solution that was on the playfirst forums and it didn't work. So.. any suggestions? ^-^;
Make sure there isn't too much strain on your computer (such as background applications), and if the computers been on a while try restarting...I'm not sure this is great help, sorry. I'm sure there's some good reason for your problem...

I've tried restarting, and I've checked my background tasks too. :/ I looked up all the ones I wasn't sure of on Google, and nothing is there that shouldn't be.
Ever tried running "Patcher.exe" from the original folder?
Yes, and it tries to patch itself, before coming up with the abnormal data error thing.
