So I got a new external hard drive [320GB by SimpleTech, and it's blue Big Grin] and I want it to hold my music, pictures, videos, and possible games. :X

I wanted to know if games would run fine on it? owo~
And also, I tried to transfer some of my music to the new hard drive, but when it got to a song I was playing, it told me I had to stop playing it. owo Does it have to do that if I already have another copy of the song in the other hard drive? >w>;
Also I think it told me it was taking down iTunes too so I got confused and stopped the process and retrieved the files. >w>;

What to do~? D:
Er, I think I made a topic about this 1 or 2 hours ago and left the computer on, and came back and now I can't find it so.... owo~

I got a new hard drive so I want to transfer my music, photos, videos, and possibly games to it. Big Grin

So is transferring the files to the new hard drive and deleting them from the original one all I have to do? owo
I tried to delete some music files while they were running and it told me I couldn't so it just got me worried. D: And I don't think my iTunes is in my music folder, but it said it was deleting that too so I stopped the process and retreived the files. D:

And I heard programs might not run as good if I have them on the external hard drive, but the whole point of me getting it was so that I would have more space on my computer so that it wouldn't be as slow. D:~
*merges ur topics*

u didn't c ur topic cuz it was hidden (topics here need to be approved by mods :o otherwise bots will run rampant and....bot :3)

and as for ur problem... "I tried to delete some music files while they were running" <-- that might be why Tongue
bippy...games will be slow on an external, put all your movies/music/assorted goodies on your external so you have more space on your primary for teh games ^^

and you can't delete files while they are running, silly silly girl xD
Oh lol! Tell GN to ignore the PM I sent him. >.>;; I thought everything was getting eaten. owo~

Ohki doh lmao. XD
Should I put iTunes on the external too? owo

I was just worried because I thought files wouldn't have to go "no deleting while running D:<" if they were already safely stowed away somewhere else. >w>;
