Everything, Your computer files, The system files, Your documents, Your games, The start up for your computer, The recycle bin.....In short.......EVERYTHING that's in your computer is in your C drive and without it you have no computer....Technically..That is unless he had another hard drive inside his computer which judging by his reaction...I suppose he doesn't

Even if he did have another hard drive, it still wouldn't matter, because ALL system files, the OS, etc goes into C:. There's no way to NOT have system files on C: yet on another hard drive like D:, E:, etc
