Harvest Moon has a large and loyal fanbase so I was hoping some of you guys would have some of these games too. XD

I only have Friends of Mineral Town for GBA [really old, at least 3 yrs XD] but I got readdicted to it since I never really got past my 3rd year lmao... XD
I restarted though, because I kinda found Popuri annoying and now chasing after Elli. o:
[So this is why people get divorces... XD]

So...-pokes- any of you? Big Grin
Sorry to say, but I've never played any Harvest Moon games. For some reason, it just seems weird. I didn't know if it would be a game that would attract me. For one, I have no idea what you do in that game and I really didn't feel like researching it. But, if you give me a review or your opinions on the game, I will order Harvest Moon for the Wii and bother you so we can converse about it. >:
The first time I've seen Harvest Moon was on the Nintendo 64. I got addicted to that game for three years.

Aha same, I got it when it first came out for the Nintendo 64. My brother "completed" it in like a month. :3
I always wanted to marry the pink haired girl, wasn't her name like Pori or something?

AHH, I remember there was a team trying to develop Harvest Moon Online..too bad, they never finished it. Sad

Well, it's a farming game for one. o: In the newer game versions, you're trying to make your farm grow to either attract more people to the town and make it thrive, or saving something of some sort via having a successful farm. xD
Another one of your goals is to marry and have a child, so you'll usually have to give lots of gifts to try and 'woo' the person you have your eye on. 0: It's not really an actual game goal, more like a personal one. XD [Because if you don't get married, your bachelors/bachlorettes will usually get stolen by other bachelorettes/bachelors leaving you all alone lol XD]

[Lol that was a horrible review. D:]
I'm not sure why, but the farming aspect is so appealing to me. XD

And in the Harvest Moon for Wii, you'll get to do all the farming actions like tilling the groud with a hoe and shaking the watering can to water the plants lmao. XD
I hope you do get interested in it; it's pretty fun to converse about it. XDDD

Oddbrother
Lol roar. D: Lots of people I meet seem to have gotten the older versions. XD When I was little, I thought the Nintendo 64 only worked for Hey You! Pikachu! Lmao. XD

I think I've heard a little about the HMOnline. owo There's one on BYOND but it sucks like heck. XD But now I think the producers are going to try and make an official one. 0:
The only Harvest Moon game I have is Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life for the Gamecube, but I really liked it. XD

The Wii version sounds interesting. o: More likely than not I'm going to end up picking it up. I agree about the part that it's fun to converse about. o; I talked to one of my friends about it for an hour or two at least before. XD
Too bad the girls don't get to choose a girl char!!! >D
Uhm.. anyhow, just for that review, I'ma make my friend who lives like down the block to go buy it and we'll play it xDD
I started playing HM when it came out for the SNES then jumped to the GBA (both boy and girl version) and PS2 versions, aaaaaaaaaaaand that's about it...i think i tried it the N64 one with an emulator but my control setup was too gay so i stopped after like 2 minutes xD (too many buttons!) I MIGHT get the Wii version if i see good reviews about it. Its a fun series but they're soooooooooooo slow i get bored quickly =/ i onli played thru it once on the PS2...
