Hi, I'm trying to play AuditionSEA, and yes. I am in U.S. But my friends could still play it, so why can't I?

Whenever I load the AuditionSEA patcher it freezes at the AsiaSoft page and then it arrives to the login page and a message appears that says 'Unable to connect to server.
Please try again.'
And then it goes back to desktop and a box says 'Disconnected from server'
I've tried almost everything.

I downloaded manual patch 6045-6046 and 6046-6047 and installed, but it still didn't work. (BTW: I downloaded the version AuditionSEA setup 6045)

Then I read some forums and someone said you should try using 'Hot Spot Hshield' Where the heck do I get that?

And others say you should get Proxy! But I don't know how to work Proxy and change my IP to anonymous. So if you can explain please? I've researched it, but all I got were anonymous to websites not programs that you had installed. Please explain this method.

I need help!! Please help me out.. I really appreciate it if the problem is solve. I want to play with my friend! HELP!

You'll have to move to Singapore or Malaysia (yes, physically MOVE), because SEA is blocked from US and Canada access. Your friends can most likely get on, because they signed up for SEA before the IP ban went up, and now that you want to join them, it's too late, since the ban is already up, and now you are denied access

Seems there's still confusion as to how the block works. Fact is, all of North America (except for Mexico because we all know Mexico isn't part of North America) is banned from playing AuditionSEA because Nexon American division threatened Asiasoft SEA division using the regional protection of their contract (contract with T3 Entertainment prevents international players in general with the original Audition being the exception). Problem is (and this is where the confusion starts), Asiasoft SEA division are run by idiots who can't do anything right, and therefore only managed to block 95% of the continent.

Your friends by chance are in that 5%, while you are in the 95%. Registering an account before the block does not actually work against the ban (since Q-Box has confirmed that the moderator was an idiot for confusing the public about the timing of registered accounts). Sigh... How irritating...

Anyways, your only option at this point is to learn how to use Easy2Game and set it to both the patcher and the Audition client itself. I can not help you because I'm suffering from a massive raging headache and prefer to jump off a cliff rather than give instructions on how this works. Erm, I meant to say Easy2Game is a pretty simple user-friendly program to use. By design (because of the fact that you're using a proxy), there might be a chance where you'll lag using it though.
