Since some people might be moving to kAu now that gAu is closing down, here is a collection of some helpful hints from this forum:

Where do I download kAu klient?
Go to <a href="http://audition.bugs.co.kr/download/client.asp" target="_blank">http://audition.bugs.co.kr/download/client.asp</a> and click on <a href="http://audition.bugs.co.kr/images/download/bt_down01.gif" target="_blank">this button</a> (make sure you use Internet Explorer and have audition.bugs.co.kr in list of your trusted websites).

How do I create an account?

How to work with the friends list?

(to athorize a person in 3rd group, right click his name and choose 1st option)

In finish move there is always one red arrow, what does it mean?
Means you have to hit the opposite direction of this arrow (left red means you have to hit right arrow, red up arrow means you have to hit down arrow).

I dont know what to push, it's all korean xD

Can't find the button to do licence after lvl 6
The button to enter licence mode in kAu is not in the upper right corner of the lobby screen. It is located next to the button for creating a new room. It'll be different color so you'll recognize it.

Koreans kick me often for no reason

Im korean... i speak and type korean and i get kicked a lot also laugh.gif one reason why you might be getting kicked is because u might be joining team/clan rooms... but if its cause u dont speak korean and type in english... heres 3 keys that will help you out in kau~
F5 once and that translates to Hello, nice to meet you.
F5 2 times and thats roughly: good luck have fun
F8 3 times and that could be like a GG

tip from Gamingnerd:
if u'r from the US, don't EVER EVER tell koreans, otherwise u'll get kicked almost indefinately!! (sad, but true) If u seem too pro for your level for the koreans, yet another reason u'll get kicked. Also, there's a chance u'll get kicked for the simple reason that your character name is made up of all romanized characters (simple things like DieHard, TryAgain, Kowiz, etc MIGHT get u kicked for the simple reason that koreans will think "ut-oh! It's an english speaking AMERICAN!!! *kick*) It's a 50/50 chance u'll get kicked, really...it's not like you'll DEFINATELY get kicked if any of the above is true. *shrug*

Screen 2, the button with the "ON" in it is to randomize teams, when switching to team modes.

Also another note....if u'r from the US, don't EVER EVER tell koreans, otherwise u'll get kicked almost indefinately!! Funny story about that.. dunno if Insomniac still roams the forums, but she told me she got kicked from a Korean room once, and one of the Koreans from that room pmed her to apologize or something.. and she explained to them she's Canadian. The Korean replied, "Oh! We thought you were American!" And they invited her back. XD

So umm.. maybe say you're Canadian?? :lol:

Yeah, that's basically the alternative u could say, either your Canadian, or British!

I only get kicked if i win... And when i tell ppl im american, they just accept me. Well, unless im in a game of noobs then they kick me x_x

Well just hope you generally stay quiet, I was told to leave after I said I wasnt korean (Ok maybe it was the fact I was using 8-keys while the others cant so they are a bit mad)

Just found this game like last week and love it.
Sad to see it go and wow kau is twice as big as gau. Just glad the patch download is 6 times faster. :lol:
