Audition Global

whenever i went to the download page (http://audition.bugs.co.kr/download/client.asp) and click on the DL link, a pop up always appear:


and the download refuse to start up.

i know it's something about an ActiveX control, but i'm pretty sure i've installed every single one they asked me to. refreshed the main page a gazillion times and still zilch.

any help is appreciated

(happens to both firefox and IE. already installed the add-on for firefox from Killha's guide)

yes i've tried that method but it irritates me for quite a number of reasons, mainly the insanely irratic speed the thing is downloading. it can get to as low as 9+kbps at times. and i've the download reset on me twice. so i'm looking for alternatives =/

i had the exact same problem. i decided to go trough safe mode to fix this. i went on safe mode went to the website downloaded. (i didnt use the computer for about 2 hours to let it finish) do something else while ure waiting. then once its done restart your computer. install it and your playing. this also rose my speed alot.

if i had pop ups blocked i wouldn't even have that happy little message that says i can't download the client for whatever reason ^^ anyway i double checked, and my pop up blocker is set to off =/

guess i'll just download it via Killha's direct .exe thread. at least it's a surefire way to get it. but oh gawd the speed Dx

Well...for me downloading with the direct .exe file is faster, because it downloads directly from the Audition server.

Maybe use a download manager instead? It supports resuming and helps you gain faster speeds.

tried using DAP, but it *somehow* won't work. clicked on it (right click > download with DAP), and the file size is displayed as "-183459866439 bytes" (not exact, but i know it's a lot of numbers). normally if the download works, it'll just display the size as it is, i.e. 2.3/5gb-ish for this. but not this time

the direct .exe file just resetted on me THRICE today, the latest being at around 8pm, and it was already at 44%

i'm close to breaking down Dx

EDIT: seems only ver 80612 is the problematic one... i'm currently downloading the 80605 one via DAP, and it works without a hitch. tried 80619 too, but nothing.

is that advisable? as i understand it, 80605 is pre-season 2
