After seeing a banner on the internet, I've found out that its an advertisement from Nike: The Nike+ Human Race.

On August 31st, 2008, everybody around the world willing to participate will gather to run in their nearest selected cities. Over 1 million people in the world will go for a 10k run.

Pretty much its an running event taking place around the world in major cities such as LA, NYC, Bogata, Buenos Aries, London, Istanbul, Seoul, Mt. Fiji, Paris, Warsaw, etc...

So 10,000 people each in major cities around the world, will be running 10k.
