Does anybody know how to set up/create clans in kAU? or any AU in general?
think you have to go to the cafe to do it, not sure :o

You need to be level sixteen. When you become level sixteen you just create one by going to the cafe. I believe the option is given to you when you have reached level sixteen, if not ask Sazuki.
(And yes, Sazuki made a club.)
