I made an English kAU Club, which is like a guild or a chatroom for others. You could chat with other English kAU players in it! =3

To join, follow the instructions below:

First, click the cafe when entering a server/channel.

Second, type Team gAU! in the search box above the box with your character's name in it and press the button.

Third, and finally, once you're in the cafe, click the greenish blue button next to the two circle buttons and click "Yes" to join.

Yay! I think I did it right. Tongue
Nice, I'll join the club too! Smile
Can I join too?
ohoh all we need is those guild names.. like how they have prefixes before our names xD
ie:
ONIXE1

hmm what do we do now >< after we join your club. what do we do in the club? is it like team battle? or like clans or guilds or is it just a place to talk o__O so confused about this ^^ explain pls =)
Yay~ We have a club now!

I'm not sure if it's possible to change usernames (Not that I can't just make another account, I'm not very levelled on kAU) without cash, but... I suggest just:

GoAud(username)

Ie: GoAudGarlyle

But that's boring and kind of lame. Need something fancy...

(World)Garlyle ?

Anyway, the clans are basically groups of people (For instance, the famous 191s, etc.). We can use them to set up tournaments, or just chat with one another when we're all on, and whatnot. ^^

I second that one. Shermie, please shrink your signature. See what I meant when I made that topic in the 'Suggestions' Board?

(PS: I don't think you need to ask...)
Yay im in too Big Grin
Well, joining up with this will certainly boost my interest in kAU. I don't know what it is, but not being able to read most of the menus just bugs the heck out of me. Maybe it's because I've always liked reading, and anything that makes me feel illiterate just bugs me.

Heh, maybe some of you can help me figure out why I do so badly at this game. Back in high school I memorised music within a few days, and a halftime show by Friday. I was able to march, keep pace with the music, and remember the steps to whatever little dance we had come up with, when we had one. Maybe I just need to practice for at least two hours every afternoon, and get a sheet of all the possible step combinations and memorize them...

I wonder if there is such a list/compliation?
Heheh, I understand whatcha mean about the language, its frustrating not to be able to communicate with the other players as well, but you begin to pick up things, and occasionally you can find someone who will help you out and teach you the romanscript equivalent of korean words. Doesn't help much with the menu's though, but eventually you'll understand those.

As to the skill.... at this point in time, its more like learning a new instrument rather than playing and memorizing the music. When you pick up whatever instrument you play (er, boner in my case Rolleyes ) it feels natural. Lotta times on this game though, you put your hands on the numpad, the "notes" come up, but the notes don't register with the finger just yet... at least that's my take on it. Memorization is probably for the Freestyle's, but if you do have the combinations in your automatic memory, a lot of times I'll recognize a combo midway and finish the rest by memory.

Still... two things I find about this game that, if you've had some music experience, helps: Perfects on most of the song are at the end of the beat, so you gotta lay back. And second, read ahead. Once the arrow and finger coordination become good, reading ahead works wonders.

As for the listing of moves....

There's the thread on some of the 8key combinations.

And this one is possibly all the 8key combinations.
