Go to "My Controls" Under the forum logo to the right and click it. Then on the left sidebar, locate "change avatar settings." There, you can upload your own or one from a website.
What websites can i use to upload pictures?
<a href="http://www.imageshack.us" target="_blank">ImageShack</a> (no registration required, max file size 1meg, and doesn't accept BMP, my personal favorite)
<a href="http://www.photobucket.com" target="_blank">PhotoBucket</a> (requires registration, the same as ImageShack, but a faster server IMO)
<a href="http://www.files.bz" target="_blank">Files.bz</a> (requires registration, can host larger images than the others, but limited bandwidth)
