Japanese and the Koreans absolutely love making such beautiful dolls. I've seen similar ones and I am really amazed by it. There's some for sale but they are VERY, very expensive! ;
There is also a site somewhere where they teach you how to make one. But I forgot exactly where it is. ^o^;;;;;;; (I should've bookmarked it...)

There was a dollmaker I saw on Livejournal who makes dolls similar to this as well. There are many Blythe doll maniacs in HK but I see these dolls and parts for them a lot less. ...I wish our characters in the game looked like these dolls. O_O
