I'm curious, is there any way to affect where the camera moves, for example, when in a replay or Spectator mode, can you move the camera or zoom in by choice? I really want to get some screen-shots of my character, but whenever I get to the move I want, it's way too far. x.x

There isnt one. You just need to be lucky with the timing.
