Okay. I'm pretty mad about this so I'll type it up here to get my anger out.

So my Chinese teacher has hated me since last year, but I don't know what the hell set her off this time. After class, she told me to stay after so she could talk to me. When everyone was gone, she yelled at me saying how I don't "cooperate with my group", how I "don't contritube any ideas to my skit", and how I "don't go to rehearsals for the skits". So then, after absorbing all her bullshit for a year and a half, I just basically yelled at her saying how my group hasn't had rehearsals at all and that the current skit my group is going to perform was MY idea that *I* wrote. -_- Although she just shut me up with "I don't want to hear what you have to say" and said that if I'm going to pass the class I have to think of my OWN 20 minute skit and perform it in front of the class BY MYSELF. I told her that it was stupid and that all I was going to do was make a fool of myself. And you know what her answer was? "Oh, well. Too bad." UGH STUPID #)%&#)%&. <_<

So I basically told her I refused to do it and got a referral for "attitude problems" and now I'm just going to get an automatic F for the semester for that class because that skit is basically my grade.

Thats not fair. Did you talk to your principal about that because that teacher shouldn't do that to you after you explained all of that.

Aww... T^T *pats Auramei* That's very unfair. ; ; ; Students have a right to be heard, too. I can't believe the person didn't even bother to listen to what you have to say. Teachers should be fair and understanding in their job, they should set as inspirations for students. There should be professionalism. Sadly, it appears that recently, those ideal traits for teachers keep disappearing. I'm so sorry about what happened to you, Auramei. I hope things would be better soon... *gives her a candy*

Thats so jacked up, i mean teachers having grudges against students, too me, is so unprofessional. Now, I dunno why she hates you but the fact she disreguards you sucks. I had the same problem long ago (but it was racial issues) so i decided I'd stand up for myself. I got a petition to fire this teacher, but he backed off and it was ok after that. Haha, im not saying you should try to fire your teacher but I say fight it. If ya know your right, I say go for it. Besides I think getting an F would be like hell... meh asian parents lol. mei, i think you should talk to your counsellor/principal, they have to do something about it. it's very unfair *hugs*. i agree to what perryrin had said, teachers should be fair and understanding, i hate teachers who favour particular students or those who hate particular students. it's very unfair for you... getting an F... it's harsh x.x, i really think you should talk to someone who CAN do something about it...

this year, i'm in a class called yearbook, my teacher wants to fail me so i have to retake gr 12 or something and stay and come back and attend his classes because i work hard and i basically do all the work in the whole class while everyone is just getting free marks x.x i'm working so hard and i only get 96% x.x (i hope he didn't mean it >.>) i'd kill myself if i see an F on my report card.. so.. mei, i'm not sure if you would, but i would really get mad at my self if i get an F, so.. you should do something about it. it also would affect you when you're going into uni =

Dude, that's total BS. You should definitely talk to a higher-up about this, because you don't deserve to fail a class for not doing work that you obviously -did- do.

But yeah. She has been reported several times and I'm not the only one she hates. She plays favortism big time. To make the long story short, she was fired 5 years ago for what she's doing now, but what makes her stay is due to the lack of teachers in the Chinese language department and the fact that she can teach French as well. Oh well, this is definitely the last year I'm taking Chinese. I only did it for the easy A since I already know it, but I guess this semester is going to be different. T_T
