Nowadays I'm seeing American players with cash even though GT cards aren't going to be in stock again... yet I hear some people saying they're getting Cash from someone... can someone tell me who this person is and how I can get to them? I have my dad's permission to use moeny and I'd like to try and get things for kAU because of all the stuff it has Tongue If this makes me sound greedy, I'm just saying, I find Cash on kAU to be a fun thing...
Edit: "ayign"
Lol I can't spell, can I?
Well this is how I see it:

I actually know for a fact that there is someone who knows how to get cash, however, this person has not disclosed the information to anyone outside their immediate circle of friends. Like it or not, that is the decision that this person has made, and all of our efforts (our being everyone outside this person's circle of friends) to find out how have been futile so far.

I would love to get cash too, but as of now there are only 2 options I see:

1.) For the person who knows how to make a tutorial that all of goaudition can follow

2.) For the people who want to buy cash, attempt to find someone living in Korea whom you trust to get GTCards for you.
i got mine from someone who lives in korea..and got it from her only once.

she did it as a favour as a "christmas gift" and i don't feel right bugging her to get cash for everyone... >_<

there's no easy way to get them that i know of...

you're not the person i'm mentioning so don't worry ^^ i'm referring to someone who has a steady way of getting cash.
Well if it comes for me ... my couple gives me ... and also a friend ... but i send her money by western union ... and is already painful for her to get a taxi and go pick it at bank and most times she loses her lunch time in order to go bank ... i cannot ask her for more.
Waw ! Interesting.

I just hope they read us.

Tonight i will open my eyes. But... i will not find them lol.

lol i know ^^ i'm just saying because i think the majority of people are getting cash that way..if people wanted to know lol

i think i know who you are talking about actually though... >_>

well, just to explain myself because maybe i came off as too harsh...

i don't necessarily think this person is a bad person or anything, but if they do have a steady way of getting cash that doesn't involve relying upon someone in korea, it would be helpful if they would share that information with everyone else.

cause, for sure, if i ever found a way to get cash on kau that would benefit a lot of people, the first thing i'd be doing would be making a post here about it.
I asked a friend who is from Canada that went to Korea to cash for me.
Since she's back in Canada, I really have no way to get cash.

hopefully that person isn't me either since gt card site doesn't work anymore... it stopped working ever since they reject anypin as a method of payment (which was in the summer). The only way you can get gt cards is through banking and some Korean way -_-;.

mm yeah i know, they're really making it impossible for anyone outside of korea to get cash.

it's not you though min, i just don't wanna say who because it's just gonna make problems.

guess we have to give up on cash in kau for the time being.
Well ... i already comented my side .. but ... i got a idea .. maybe is stupid but maybe it can work also ...
If those things also work in banks ...
There are a lot of ppl that by other reasons ...make offshore accounts in other banks .. international banks ...
What you and the ones interested might do is get information how to make a account in a korean bank ... then .. since u actually can make payments and transactions online -online banking- ... u can actually sort out a way to pay for the cash ...
Dont know if it will work tho ... and i aint korean to get this information also .. but since we have here ppl that can read korean u might be able to know if iiis possible or not ...

It's an interesting idea and one that might bear some looking into...however I would imagine that one would need a very good reason to make a bank account in another country...and i'm not sure that "so i can buy gt cards" would cut it

maybe someone who's fluent in korean can look into that though.
DUH ????
babe ... u really think they care for a reason ???
You have cash u open a account .. they dont really need a reason ....
Is actually as simple as that .. same as banks dont give ya a credit card if you dont have cash and if your a - Frequent Costumer- if you get what i mean ....
I have 3 credit cards from 3 diferent banks and i know what im talking about ....

LOL, I have several credit cards from different banks as well, that has nothing to do with opening a foreign bank account.

If you're opening an account in your own country, of course no one cares. But opening a bank account in another country is a different matter entirely.

According to information I found on this site, if you wish to open a bank account in S. Korea, you need to go to the bank in person, you cannot open a bank account over the internet. I quote: "Luckily, most banks do not place any restrictions on foreigners who want to open up a bank account. The bigger banks provide many services and documents in English and other languages as well. You may be required to present your passport each time you make a transaction or be limited to the amount of money you can transfer home. However, other than those few restrictions, your banking experience should not differ from those of any Korean citizen.

When applying for a local bank account, you may be required to present some or all of the following documents:

Passport
Certificate of Alien registration
Visa "

It's not like you can just show these things over the internet. Tell you what, find me a Korean banking website where a foreigner can get a Korean bank account over the Internet, and I'll gladly eat my words ^^

And that just makes sense: there are very few United States banks, if any, that allow you to open an account over the internet. Accounts need to be opened in person because of the nature of what you're doing.

Also, you don't need to prove your immaturity by being rude and implying that I don't know what I'm talking about. Because I don't resort to saying "duh" and I back up my arguments with facts.
I just comented the fact of the reason ... banks are banks ... they care of money and that you dont own them anything ... not exacly for a reason to open a acc.
BUTTTTTTTT and theres always a but ... of course is needed to open it ... and for most banks u gotta move u butt to there and open it in person ... thats why in first place i said ... its a idea ... dont really think someone would make it ....
Cause to open a bank acc ... u go korea and open ... sooooooo u rather buy the cards in person ... LOL ... i was trying to help somehow ... but yeah is a hard matter...I have cash but is like ... i send money and wait 2 weeks or so in order to have it and cause my friend haves a hell of a patience and helps me ... For others i dont really know how to help ... Sorry ....
Im not gonna even coment the fact of you calling me immature ... cause i cant be bothered with it ... cause im not beeing rude not here or on previous posts. If i was to be be rude or iimmature i would just answer in first place ... {my couple and a friend give me cash and if you have a problem with it ... is your problem }... BUT NO i was trying give ideas to help everyone else that unfortunately dont have a way to get cash.
And about opennning a bank accc over the internet ... you gotta show me where i typed that .... I SAID home banking making transactions over the internet .. like payments and other transactions ... i didnt said opening a acc that way!
And for you to know ... there are banks that serve more then one country ... Barklays for example ... aint a portuguese bank ... and we have a couple here where u can open a acc.Just to explain you what i meant in the previous post .. cause somehow you got the wrong idea.

Hmmm since sometimes i can be a pain in the ass ... here u have ..... swallow slowly ...

Here u have one example of a OFFSHORE BANK.
