I have Windows Vista Ultimate, and just *now* realized I couldn't find the screenshots I'm taking. Anyone know where I could find them?

If they aren't in the regular spot maybe they aren't saving? I know that screenshots I take on kAU aren't saved to the folder. Unfortunately I don't think theres any other place they'll be. You could try using Fraps to take screenshots instead.
