<a href="http://taksi.sourceforge.net/" target="_blank">http://taksi.sourceforge.net/</a> is a free & open source alternative to fraps and works well with audition too ... less shiny interface, but video output is quite good (see readme to see how to set up capture in original size instead of half-size)
