looks like your using windows vista. Just right click and choose "run as administrator". That should fix the problem.

Mmhm thanks, but I just removed it ._. Gotta install it again.

btw, dont launch it from my computer / explore.

launch it from IE. also try to change your computer to Korean Unicode, that fixed my cuz's same proble. (i dont know why)
