You need to purchase the face changer, which is 100k den in the mall.
Activate it by clicking "U" under your item tab.
After that you can change your face when youre in lobby, waiting room and in game by typing a command. You can change into any face you have in your inventory, den or cash. You can check the commands by hovering over the faces you own in the mall.

First, you need to have a face.. (50k den or buy it with cash)
To use your Face changer (100k den), look at your face in Fashion Mail.. There is something like this : /LOL
To change your face you need to be in Waiting room, and in game. You just need to press the message.
You can't use other message if you didn't buy his face.

Dens faces can be also used by the face changer, that includes a-cash faces of course.
