Chapter 1 - The gossip.

"Congratulations! You won!" The message appeared in front of me as the round ends. People that i have played with started gossipping about my skills as i can hear silent whispers from my back. After we went back to the room, i left the room. Then i headed back to the lobby. "Hmm, no one to play with" I sighted as i slipped my buddy list back into my pocket. Just then, i received a private message, it was one of my friend, Ice. "Hey Reno, want to have a game?" "Oh sure, i'll be there fast!" I replied. I checked my GPS. "Hmm, free server, channel 3, allright" I rushed to channel 3, squeezing through the crowd as it was congested with dancers dressed in their funky costumes. I went to room 59 where Ice was located. The minute i got in, Ice greeted me. "Hey reno!" "Oh hey Ice, congratulations on your new level!" "Heh, thanks reno, shall we have db8 for our game?" I nodded in agreement. I made my status into "Ready" Mode and the game started. It was 140bpm, not too bad for a lvl 21. As Ice and me danced to the beat, I suddenly missed quite a few times. "Hey dude, don't give up!" Ice encouraged as he continued dancing. Suddenly, after some time, finishing move came, both of us did it. "Nice job Reno!" "Thanks, you too Ice" Level 10 and 11 key notes came in, i could only do some. Ice did most of it. As i struggled to dance, my heart encouraged my mind to work harder. Crazy Finishing Move Had passed, Ice got a great, i got a bad. "Whew! That was close!" I heaved a sigh of relief. After the round, Ice won, i lost. "Wow Ice, that was some skills you performed just now!" I exclaimed. I was shocked by ice's tremendous improvement when the score chart showed up. "Thanks, i've been training." As we were leaded back to the room, ice asked if i wanted to go for a bite. I checked the time, and agreed to it as it was 30 minutes past lunch time.

"Oh jesus, do we have to queue again!?" I almost fall down as i saw the cafeteria's packed. "Oh don't be lazy reno, it's better than nothing!" Ice persuaded me as he dragged me along. I whined and groaned, but Ice tolerated all that. After that, we got our queue. We stood there and waited for our queue. Finally, after 10 minutes of intense standing, we got our order. "No way am i queuing for my food next time! I'll rather starve to death!" I ranted. As we sat down on a table and began stuffing our food into our mouth, i suddenly had this weird feeling. It felt like everyone's watching me as if i had commited a crime or a murder or something. Some even gossip and then left. "Ice, what's wrong with the people today? Why are they acting so weird when they saw me?" "Beats me, maybe you ate like a lunatic who haven't eaten for a day? hahaha!" I laughed along when i heard the hilarious joke. After that, we played several rounds before we have our good-byes and then went back home.

When i opened the door, a sudden scream scared me. I nearly went beserk when i know that it was Mike, My younger brother.
"Haha! Caught ya!"
"Oh fuck you Mike, you almost had me screaming like a girl!"
"Opps, sorry, Weeeeeeno~"
"Oh stop calling me that! It's late already, get to sleep now mikey!"
"I was waiting for you brother." Mike said with a smile.
"Oh really? More like playing a prank on me! Get to sleep, i don't want you to sleep like a pig when i want to wake you up!"
"I always sleep like a pig!"
"Because you snooze! Oh just get to bed! You wouldn't like to get a spanking on your butt mike!"
