Well i just tryed thid version of Korean. It's pretty complet but it still laggy for foreign players, i can't even do perfects!!!

it's not laggy for me and i don't live anywhere near korea. it depends on your connection and your computer's hardware.
well, I don't think there are really servers for foreign people,
I think people just bump in and take over a channel =D
Like, 3 channels are full of the chinese =D
and 2-14 is english speakers~

2-14 will SOMETIMES have English speakers. You have more chance running into one there. That's where I personally go, unless there's like no one there. XD
Also, I live in America, and KAU is no more laggy than AAU. (which is none at all, unless my internet has a sucky day)

It depends on where you live...some people are in different timezones.

Don't worry, there are times you don't see any english speakers in 2-14.
There's always the occasionally nice korean person trying to speak english to you though!
