I made a guide, just for future reference. This is for people living outside Japan who do not have access to web money (the easiest method).

Verification
In order to buy points outside of Japan, you'll need either a Master Card or a Visa. This card also needs to be verified for oversea's transaction. Basically, you bank will not allow money to be taken and given to foreigners without your consent, so you need to register your Visa or Master Card for the oversea's programme. For Visa, you need to use Verified by Visa (google it). For Mastercard, you need to use Secure Code. If you can't do it over the internet, you should be able to register at your local bank.

Once you've done that, go to point.nexon.co.jp. You should see a form like this:

Enter in your ID and Password and click í²¤

Weeell i'm screwed then...the name on my mom's card is obviously not my name. Actually, i don't even know what the name is...i used Hanako's guide so the name i used is just random words off the top of my head... x_x

Yup, though the 3 options DP accepts for verification is limited to only a few types of cards. It's really picky. >w<
