No, you will have to pay for DanPara's own cash shop if you want to earn points in DanPara. Nexon points are only for aAU.

The way for someone outside Japan to get Nexon Points is by credit card that has overseas verification. That is the only way people living outside of Japan can get points at the moment.
If you can go through someone in Japan, you could ask them to pick up 'web moneys' for you. These are simple slips of paper with codes on them, they can be brought from Lawson shops in Japan.
I'm thinking of buying a few of them, if people are interested. The web money method is the easiest, and the way I get my points.
