My girlfriend wants to play but yeah, login issues.
pretty sure she got the plugin part right. i was wondering if theres a firefox plugin, or are updates necessary on internet explorer or such.
fyi when she clicks gamestart nothing comes out

first make sure there are no popup blockers and that all javascrip updates are installed correctly
NOTE: If you have Mozilla Firefox, you need to install an extension called "IE TAB"

Tools --> Extensions ---> Get more extensions --- > then locate IE TAB --> restart firefox.
Then goto tools --> Ie tab options and then add <a href="http://au.bugsgames.net/" target="_blank">http://au.bugsgames.net/</a> . Everytime you visit that site it will automatically open in IE and you can start the game normally.
anddd if it still doesnt work?
it loads at the bottom progress bar when its done nothing comes out.
edit : could it be that you need to open ports? shes behind a router
do u have the recent activex installed? and latest directx? video driver.
all in.
any idea why it cant pop out? or should i ask her to redownload and reinstall.
what broswer is she using?
is it updated with activex?
i would suggest trying to reinstall it, if not try using firefox it might help
she did try using firefox. didnt help though.
she's redownloading right now. the reinstall didnt work i guess =/
hmm i'm really fresh out of ideas, did she update her video drivers? are her computers specs good? so the only problem is that when she lciks game start, the game doesn't start?
Had this problem before.... just wait...... It loaded for like 2 minutes on my new computer the first time i tried to start the game
her pc will run it. its like when you click game start, the launcher is supposed to appear right? it doesnt.
hmm most likely an activex/browser problem or u may just have to wait longer
