I tried to do my License and B funk is obviosuly not right because it gives me that error what do i do?

or you can have somebody else do it for you.
you didnt replace a file did you? if you replace a song from a foreign audition, the code wont match. aAU seems to have a different coding from other auditions cause they censore them. if you replace a file like say 021.acv or a music file like k1001.tbm it will say that because of the song coding dont match america
