I'm a total NOOB at audition! really! Hmm kay. Im am level 2 nowand i am always the last. Due to slow reaction. When the arrows start coming out my mind went BLANK. Level 1,2,3 and 4 was easy, 5 and above start to get hard for me,including the freestyle.
You know theres a music game called o2Jam? yeah i suck at it too. I need your help :] Give me advice on how to improve on my reaction. Thanks in advance :]
ok i have a list:
1. Play the fastest song in entry on normal but play by yourself
2. Go to free and play all fast songs there 122+ on normal by yourself
3.Play practice mode ( entry server only) abd play fastest songs in entry

Lower the sound of the music, that way you stop trying to synch with the beat and focus more on hitting each induvidual key.
Keep hitting keys between the gap of each move (happends above level 6) or if you miss. That way you keep sending signals to your brain that your fingers require attencion.
If you severely screw up and just feel stressed, take a deep breath. If you get stressed whilst playing you're bound to just screw up even more.
Adjust your chair and keyboard so there's as little pressure as possible on your wrist whilst still having a good reach.

I used to have the same problem and I'm still not really superb, but that's mostly cause I'd play more without the lag.
What someone said about playing faster songs it too true. I just hopped into free at level 5 and never turned back.
Sure it sucks if a song is above what you can currently do, but meh. It's not about winning but having fun, isn't it?
Also. Don't freak out when you start getting level 8s, 9s and the 10 finishers. :blink:
At level 2 you can't really tell at all how good you are...I think everyone gets last in a room of level 5's when they're level 2 xD.
But yeah, can't really emphasize enough playing songs that are just a bit faster than your comfort zone..it will really keep pushing your limit higher and higher ^^.

You're right. its about having fun. i don't bother about being a Audition pro anymore. Just wanna have fun
