Every song skips in couples mode. Arrows get cut halfway, or just don't show up at all. Why does this happen? I tell them I skip so much that my competition thinks I'm making excuses and really missing steps. I do miss steps, lots of them, but it annoys me that steps get skipped all the time and it's the games fault instead of my skill's fault.
Anyone know why it happens? Any way to stop it? Seems that the lower the bpm the less chance of skipp there is...

the skipping is caused by lag. the only ways i think to fix it r to either get a better computer/internet or for the admins to fix up the lag.
That's what I thought. It's just wierd seeing the competition get a score above their head every two measures, my partner get a score every two measures, and I'm just sitting there waiting for some arrows to pop up.

The admins are supposedly working on it, and the lag got better (it was REALLY bad) but now it's at a level almost comparable with the lag prior the maintenance. So there's really no difference. -_-. I try to get used to playing with it.
It's really bad on team games, including NPC.
They're dumb to think your just making excuses. You know when someone skips when no "Miss" appears above their head. That means their arrows dissapeared.
Well sometimes it's a bug.
Yeah, teammode games are just kind of irritating to play till the lag gets fixed. No point in doing it for anything except pure enjoyable fun since it's really the team who's the luckiest that wins (though being good helps too), the one thing I really hate is when it only shows the arrows when the bar is already halfway past.
It's not a lag or bug. You and your partner are supposed to be in sync with each other. The reason why it skips is because your partner already completed the sequence before you. I guess it's somewhat of a lag if your music is not in sync like you're at 3:02 and your partner is at 2:54 :blink:
Yeah, I've had games where my partner both danced fine, but never at the same time, and never the same dance moves. It was like we weren't even a couple, lol.
Hopefully the Audition team is working hard though.
