how do you change den into cash? ^^

I'd like to purchase stuff, but it only takes cash. What's the rule on converting den to cash. I tried on the website, and nothing happens.

Well if you don't know what a cash-shop is.. most games have it:

Den is your game money.
Cash is your real money. (real life)
*Game money cannot be exchanged into real money..
In the Audition shop, the items for den are at the bottom half of the list.
Items for Cash (real money) on the top.

*Games have cash shop so it can remain Free 2 play and still have a way of making money to keep the servers up.
