My friend gets that problem, I looked all through the kau section, found nothing.

She also has a problem, that when she opened the download window, she couldnt move her mouse. She restarted, and it still wont work, but when she logs in window on someone else's account, it works

I cant tell if your running vista or XP but could it be she/he doesnt have the file to open the game patcher?
