Audition Global

Please help me. i just downloaded this game and now when i try to open it says ''cant establish a connection'' and just closes.

there could several reasons why this could be happening.

Firewall/Browser/Open ports. ..

Could be helpful if you told us what browser your using and if ur using any firewall.

I am using blueyonder and i have broadband. I hav norton antivirus- could that be doing something?

hmm neverheard of blueyonder before. could be your isp provider?
heres what i believe the problem is:

If you have already installed the program, when you run it, does it open in internet explorer? if you don't use internet explorer, use it for running audition.

note: if you open the game and doesn't open the browser to log in, I would try reinstalling. If it still doesn't help use this link to log in

when u log in and click start, it should open the game.

note: When u first open the game, it should auto download the patch and if that doesn't happen, that means the server is either overloaded or their patching is well messed up at the moment. Which I will try to upload the patch seperately for you and you can install it manually.

Now if everything is working well and you can click game start and loads the start up screen but closes automatically, then most likely you don't have the system requirements or firewall.

Q1. Are you behind a router?
Q2. Do you know how to open ports?
Q3. Windows firewall enabled?

I dont know what firewall is. Please explain coz u sound like a computer genius!

a firewall is basically something that protects you from people who are trying to get access to your computer to send information to your computer.

If you have windows firewall running you might have to let audition through. So here are the steps

Goto Start --- > Control Panel ----> Windows Firewall
[in classic view]

Open the program
Click on the tab titled "Exceptions"

If you see it listed, make sure the box i clicked if not click browse where it should be located at C:Program FilesAuditionWorldWorldVerAudition.exe

Then click open.

Then click the box if it is not clicked.

Note: I would also add the patcher located at
Browse -> C:Program FilesAuditionWorldWorldVerT3patcher.exe

does the program open at all?

Well the actual game does ont start but something like a connect page opens when i click on gamestart.

did it say patching?

ok so i've now given up. I removed the program and have to download it again. Another 3 hour wait. :angry:

Actually, a lot of the people that have wanted to play this game recently have the exact same problem that you're getting. :unsure: Maybe it's the patch and that the server that's hosting it or what not isn't functioning or letting recent players patch. If anything, you can always wait for next patch to get it working, maybe :lol:

oh, ifeel sad only 8% is done! 3hr 27min to go. I dont konw- should i give up and forget this game :unsure:
