At the Ctrl + Alt + G, you have to do Ctrl + G in some other versions of photoshop and imageready.

Cool I was wondering how to do that...I know how to animate gifs in imageready but thats just about it. Nice effect ^^;

File > save optimized as.

The problem with this tutorial is that the text has to be black. If you want it to be another color it'll be a tiny bit harder. I'll try to make a tut on that soon.
