im guessing that these people usually play 5 players on a game, which means the first place winner gets 191 exp points
or possibly the 5 players also mean something to do with 5 people NPC battles
191 is a dance club
well its sorta obvious once the dance club feature comes out, the first 191 would create one. *cough*Esper!Makeone!@-@*cough*

MG is not american,it's Music Game.
some games like audition,o2jam,djmax,R2beat,and so on.
so 191mg means "i just need music game"(in chinese pronunciation,191 = i just need)
And,in chinese version Auditon,191 is the most powerful club.
we have about 8k members in chinese Audition, of coz,all pros^^
the way to join 191 is that pass the little test^^
