I'm sure many of you have noticed... (And if you haven't, play now with the update...or you're one of the lucky few who haven't.) gAU has been lacking very badly, especially as of late. You can't go one game without getting either
A: Lag where you receive no arrows
B: Lag where the screen will freeze for a few seconds, the song will replay, go very slowly, and then speed up
C: Some other lag, such as lag where you are eventually a few moves behind
D: Just lag in general
And what are we going to do about it? Many people, I've also noticed, are seriously considering switching to kAU where there are more songs, more modes, and far less lag than gAU. (Which will kill gAU. We already don't have many players compared with kAU, and no one -ever- goes in Novice anymore, I hear.) We have to do SOMETHING about this. I don't know, complain and talk to the GMs. We have to do SOMETHING to KILL TEH LAG. >

I don't even know where to or how to download the Korean version >.< I'm not sure I'd want to.. ya know... being an english speaker and all...and already having my outfit. I mean, lets face it this version is relatively new so there's going to be bugs, they're not even completely done with it yet. So... ya sorta have to stick to it and wait till they tweak this or change that. *shrugs*
[EDIT] Plus everyone has to file a complaint on the free board. We all complain, they have to at least notice something isn't right.
wel....just so you know kAU also has a couple lag problems, especially with bboy

:unsure: I have to agree, the lag is geting on my nerves. And I think that the update was a disadvantage to us all :ph34r:
the lag is killing us!!...especially in NPC battles...the lags make us lose...and yea there are ahrdly any people in novice anymore

There's tons of people on kAU though. It has it's advantages and disadvantages.
Yeah, I think the lag really disappoints us all because I get the Matrix bar all the time. T_T; Or the song repeats itself like a rewind, play, rewind, play kind of thing.
Then again, gAU just came out a month ago. I'm pretty sure another month from now it'll be better. They'll release their features like house, Cafe, cash, etc. Just gotta be patient?
I dunno. I like to stick to/work with one character so I'll be staying in gAU. Afterall, I played so much Audition just to get the 550k hair. >_< It'll seem so worthless if I leave/swtich. T_T
I play kAU mabye once a week just so I can do some 172+ bpm songs, bboy, and 1,2 mode with a few others from gAU. gAU is still my home though. :lol:
In case you didn't notice (*GLARE @ PHOENIX*) the reason Raian made this thead is because he fears too many people will move to kAU and leave gAU almost completely empty, at which time they would just close the gAU servers down. However, if enough people still play and more still come in, they will continue updating to make it as good as kAU is. ^_^
Hey, i never said im MOVING to kAU, just saying im using it as back up. gAU is still where i belong....and im not giving up my lvl 12 char for a lvl 7
When more updates come gAU will be permanent for me. (in kAU, i feel outa place XD)
Me on the other hand, I'm staying in kAU, and leaving gAU for good
....just kidding!
But I think just for THIS update, until another update comes about, I won't be in gAU all that much...95% kAU, and 5% gAU.

Well geez, I mean...I've suffered 2-3 games where I only got 1 level of arrows, and pretty much EVERY game has lagged me to the point of impossible finish other than last place...or so all the games that I've played so far...
