Yea... should work with Vista

I'm using Vista and works for me so... i dunno o.0

Im guessing that the popup ur getting is for creating your char

it was confusing for me too xD
My cousin has vista and she can go on kAU.
So yes or no?
Yes - If you can get it all working (Patcher.)
No - It depends on what help you need, Patcher, or logging in or something, or you have a problem with IE, like it restarts itself.
So I guess it depends.
Here's what I had to do:

Restart after installing kAU and the ActiveX control (you MUST have ActiveX set to "prompt" under Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level and set all options under ActiveX to "prompt") and it *might* work. If not, just go under Tools -> Manage Add-Ons -> Enable or Disable Add-Ons and DELETE the BugsGameStarts Class and AuditionWebCtrl Class (under either "Add-ons that have been used", "Add-Ons currently being used" or "Downloaded ActiveX Controls"), restart AGAIN, redownload those controls (It'll come up automatically when you click the Audition shortcut on your desktop), restart a third time, and it *should* work.

Confusing, yes, but that's how I got mine to work.

Also note that kAU uses an HTTP server for patching, which means that wireless connections do *not* screw up the patcher, like they do with most other servers.

You may also have to sit at the main page for awhile before clicking "start game"... Audition has to download the patcher program the first time you sign in, which takes awhile.

That's what my computer said too. That's why I have that long list of things to try before giving up. It eventually worked after I did all of the above... >.>

Did he wait a few minutes after downloading BOTH (there's two) add-ons? The game has to download the add-ons, you have to restart IE for the add-ons to work, and then you have to sit at the main page for a few mnutes while it downloads the patcher for the first time.
I dont mean to bring this back from the dead but where i go to the add ons i dont have the audition web ctrl thing to delte only the bugsgame start thing so might that be my problem and yea evrytime i press game start the patcher doesnt pop up and it says ie has a problem!
I have the same problem, I wish someone would tell me what to do. Sad
Vista As we all know has a Compalibility problem. Im sure there is a way to get KAU workin on Vista.. Its why I stick with XP, cause it works^^
