FINALLY, us global players can buy cash on kAU again! Previously, the only way to buy cash on kAU was to go through a friend living in Korea. Major hassle.
Thanks goes to Xing for finding the anypin.net service. Anypin lets you pay for goods on (some) Chinese, Japanese, and Korean websites using any credit card or paypal account. Lucky for us, they sell GTCard codes which work in many korean games, including kAU. Anypin takes a 10% commission.
It costed 12.11 for a 10k GTCard which gave me 10,500 cash in kAU.
Step 1:

kAU only appears to let you enter in 5k and 10k GTCard codes, so don't buy a 3k one. Select PayPal.

Hit the next button
Step 2:

First name, Last name
E-mail
Phone (leave this blank, its optional)
Hit the next button, hit it again on the confirmation page, and pay with paypal.
After paying, it'll redirect you back to the anypin site and give you a 20 digit GTCard code.
Step 3:
Copy the code somewhere and go to the kAU website: <a href="http://audition.bugs.co.kr/" target="_blank">http://audition.bugs.co.kr/</a>
Login and click the little green button on the "Member Logon" area (you need to be in internet explorer)

In the new popup, choose GTCard, the amount, check the box, and hit the lower left button.
Then enter in the code and press the "O"

^^ You're done! You can buy as many codes as you like, just repeat the above steps. I've done it twice already, no issues.
