Okay i have registered and everything but i cant seem to know which one to click to login in..?? Plus its not reading chinese how do i put it so that it reads chinese? Plus i need help with patches where can i get them at?

have your computer set to chinese(simplified), or run the game client in chinese(simplified)

each one represents a different server
your char isn't transferable from each server
some servers are faster than others :s

just pick a random server on the left side, and remember it
