These upcoming weeks me and my pal decided to call "The Road of RPG" as for some of the games we really want are coming out.

Rouge Galaxy o_o! Another game by Level 5 (Makers of Dark Cloud 2). It looks mega tight.
So far, 6 hours of playing (and 6 hours of being home :lol: ) Grandia III is friggon sick. The battle system especially is most noteworthy. It's friggon slick, and with sweet add-ins and effects, especially Aerial Combos, those are pure sex condensed into a combo.
Music is really good for the game, as usual. It still has it's majority upbeat sounds for most everything.
Story is very good thus far. Everything goes from one extreme happening to another, so nothing is ever boring, that's for sure. :lol:
Graphics are very pretty, for the most part. Some up-close nature graphics could use some tweaking but otherwise, everything is very nice.
Good cast of characters. Although so far, there are no obvious villians, and everyone gives off the "Good heart" feeling (where no matter how they act, you know they're a good person on the inside).
Humor? Yes!
No world map yet (if one) for this Grandia. Everything is Final Fantasy X esque: All your travels are connected map by map. This is complete with a search system (scopes out special areas, treasures, etc.) and semi-interative enviroment (swing your sword at things, other things happens). Also, by swinging your sword, you can stun an enemy (if you're curious, no random battles), and run past it, or attack it for a Surprise Attack (which, IMO, is a better system than the last two Grandias).
So far, I'd suggest this for a definete buy. I want to play more, but sadly, I need sleep to do some lame thing called "school". Pfft!
