you have to listen to the beat of the song for the perfects, the fourth beat, there's no other way to get perfects

Meh, get a certain instrument in your head when listening to the song and keep listening to that instrument and you will know when you have to press perfect. That is, if the instrument is repeating. That's how I do it xD.

UPDATE: Man. I got 212k, and I had 2 perfects remaining... That was mostly luck though, because I can't count when I'm thinking about what keys I should press... >_<
