You take the person's word above you and use the last syllable to start your new word. It doesn't have to spell out the same, it only has to sound the same. For example:

All words have to be above one syllable.

If a day passes after the person posts the word and no one can continue with it, you can start a new word.

No repeats of the same word are allowed on the same page.
