it's most likely trouble aquiring licenses (real life licenses :lol
, especially if they just started because they ( a ) probably lack money and ( b ) might not have all of their financial policies in check and drafted. these are the two longest steps in creating a music game if you don't have one sole artist under your belt making all your music (and most music games don't because, well, that would make them suck ^^
