Now, I commonly go to a site for Stepfiles and look for good songs to play on the stepmania game I have. And to my shock it is filled with a good deal of Japanese songs and PIU. But yet, it lacks some of audition tracks which got me thinking. Why not bring a few Audition tracks here (maybe start with the basic ones like Swan Lake, Elec Bossa, Go Go) and then work on some other artists like SE7EN and Hiyori. Just my 2 cents thats all.

I'd do it if someone cut the AU songs to around 1:30-2:00....
They're all pretty damn repetitive and like 4 min long..not fun. xD
I have a stepfile for Get on the Floor and Beat City already in the works but I got bored of the repetitiveness and stopped working on them >>;

u can't really "short" songs, u have to manually cut them yourself...it's kind of a hassle, but meh...do what u can! XD
if someone wants to be fancy, lets rip the beatup gui and work it into stepmania. then rip the steps for the beatup songs!!!!!!!!!!!

"Stepfiles" (aka "Simfiles") = files which generate arrows onto Stepmania for players to play on, usually included in a folder which also contains the Mp3 which is used in tie with the stepfile to play while arrows scroll.

Hey what's up, I took this idea to heart but I never knew there was a thread about it.
I'm not anyone special dun worry but I have made a few stepfiles for right now.
I'm thinking of making an actual cabinet at my job and calling it either DDR Audition or just Audition, but that's a pipe-dream right now.
I'm posting on a college PC atm or I'd put the files on display but right now I do have 5 songs that are ready with all difficulty steppings, two of them (Go Go and Gloomy March) do have BGs and Banners, the other problem, I have no one to help back me up making banners and BGs so don't mind the no BG's on the other 3 (unless someone has awesome ideas and would like to assist my effort to get you all some stepfiles.)
These are what I have:
Name - Light/Medium/Hard/Challenge (I remember the difficulties of the challenge only atm sorry, will update better later)
Nova Sonic: Whiroo - yes/yes/yes/10 footer
Audition: Go Go - yes/yes/yes/11 footer
Chae Lee: Temptation - yes/yes/yes/10 footer (or 11)
East Wind: Deja - yes/yes/yes/9 footer
Audition: Gloomy March - yes/yes/yes/10 footer
This is just a heads up I will definatly post them on here if anyone is interested and would really enjoy some feedback. Take care all.
